I then pivoted into HR leadership where I focused on talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, performance management, team building, training, and employee engagement for a fast-growing entrepreneurial company that grew from 100 to 1000+ employees nationally during my tenure. I have been an innovative human resource leader for 20+ years and utilizes my expertise to coach, consult and train individuals and groups on a variety of topics.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I work with executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and companies to inspire, motivate and spark action for transformation and achievement of goals and big dreams. I excel in helping professionals advance or pivot their careers, shift their mindset, develop and implement strategy, build stronger networking and employee relationships and increase their leadership abilities personally and professionally.

I'm a certified mindfulness in the workplace facilitator, avid meditator, and yogi. I support Meditation4leadership, a non-for-profit that promotes meditation and how it builds leadership skills. I co-developed their coaching program that combines executive coaching practices with mindfulness techniques.
