Comprehensive Curriculum: Engage in monthly in-person sessions, virtual group coaching, individual coaching, networking experiences, and self-study moments to build a robust leadership skillset.

Important Dates
All four module sessions for the Fort Myers cohort will be in-person from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Scotlynn Headquarters.

Virtual Group Coaching Sessions will be held via Zoom on the third Monday of the month from 4 p.m. to 5:30 pm ( November 18th, December 16th, January 20th, and February 17th).

Program Structure
In-Person Sessions: Four interactive, face-to-face learning experiences that build and transform leadership skills (16 total hours)
Virtual Group Coaching: Monthly online learning opportunities that reinforce and expand on in-session teachings (6 total hours)
Virtual Individual Coaching: A personalized coaching session to explore and strategize on a current challenging topic for greater clarity
Guest Experts & Panelists: Gain insights from industry leaders and thought influencers who share their expertise and real-world experiences
Networking Experiences: Compelling networking experiences and a commencement celebration to build stronger relationships with program participants and the community (2 events, dates TBD)
Book Integration: Participants will receive four recommended books and be asked to read specific chapters before or after modules to discuss
Leadership Assessments: Participants will complete leadership assessments to gain insights into their leadership impact and enhance self-awareness
Reflection and Journaling: Encourage participants to reflect regularly and journal their learning journey, insights, and progress during the program
Exclusive Discounts: During the program, participants will be offered exclusive discounts to events or workshops held by Inspire Big Dream or Disrupt Naples
