Inspiring Future Leaders

Earlier this month Melissa had the great honor of partnering with Biz Kidz (a non-profit focused on growing young entrepreneurs and rising stars) and PACE (center for girls). Together they hosted an empowering day focused on inspiring future female leaders.

She spoke about exploring your passions, dreaming big, finding female role models, creating SMART goals, being involved in the community, and so much more.  They also discussed strategies to overcome obstacles, develop resilience, build a support network, and promote self-belief.  The workshop wrapped up with a focus on the importance of developing essential skills such as leadership, public speaking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork to empower them along their big dream journey with confidence.  Everyone had a great time, and the group looks forward to collaborating more in the future!

Melissa is a board member of Biz Kids and has also volunteered to develop content for their presentations and trainings to SWFL non-profits and for their 2024 summer camp experience that is in the works for young entrepreneurs.  The goal is to spark more imagination in their business venture ideas, introduce them to the business world, and create new opportunities through exposure to experts and leaders in our community.
