The Disruption Begins

Last month Melissa and Inspire Big Dreams hosted the inaugural DisruptHR event in Naples! Disrupt is an information exchange designed to energize, inform, and empower people about the future of work, leadership, and HR.

Joe Nugent, owner of Joe the Home Pro, was an amazing emcee, leading the crowd through 14 speakers, each with five minute presentations, with slides rotating every 15 seconds. This fast-paced and unique format allowed all attendees to walk away with a tremendous amount of disruptive ideas, inspiration, and tons of laughs. The event was a huge success with over 200 attendees, 25 sponsors, 14 amazing speakers, and 3 non-profit partners. Our speakers presented on a variety of topics to a room full of local business leaders, entrepreneurs, and HR professionals.
